If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase,
return it to us within 30 days of its shipping date for an
exchange or refund.
Defective Merchandise Guarantee:
All of our products are warranted against defects in workmanship
and materials. Wear is not guaranteed unless it is part
of a manufacturers promotion. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Get To Know Your New Shoes:
We recommend that you try on your shoes or boots inside
to see if there are any fitting problems or defects.
Returns and Exchanges:
When returning or exchanging merchandise, please indicate
the reason for your return on the packing slip. Enclose
the packing slip, with the merchandise, and send it to the
address provided below. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We offer free shipping, in the continental United States,
on all exchanges. You are only responsible for the return
shipping costs. There will be a reasonable shipping cost
on Wigwam sock exchanges. It is a good idea to get a tracking
number and insurance when you return your merchandise.
